Mm2h Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the mm2h platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the mm2h platform — whether via our website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mm2h as the platform operator. All users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full upon accessing the platform — including simply browsing its content or placing their first bet.
The mm2h platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of online entertainment services of this nature.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the mm2h platform. Information provided during registration — including full name, Malaysian phone number and email address — must be accurate, current and truthful. mm2h reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Accounts found to contain false or incomplete information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. mm2h will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of user negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
User Responsibilities
Users are not permitted to:
- Register an account on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
- Transfer or sell an account to any third party.
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate games or the mm2h system.
- Engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
- Use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, and mm2h reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with activities that breach these terms.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the mm2h platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include bank transfers via FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and other major banks) as well as TNG e-Wallet.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the platform's payment section at any given time. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance in real time. mm2h is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method and the user's membership tier. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the mm2h account holder. mm2h reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, cashback and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and usage limits set out separately for each promotion. Specific terms for each promotion will be stated on the relevant page. mm2h reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
Liability Limitations & Disclaimer
The mm2h platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or availability of the service at any time. mm2h does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical delays.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, mm2h and its parent company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including loss of betting funds, disruption of access or data corruption.
Users acknowledge that betting and casino games involve financial risk, and that game outcomes are random and cannot be guaranteed. mm2h is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of betting activities on the platform.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Account Policy
Intellectual Property
All content on the mm2h platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software and source code — is the exclusive property of mm2h or parties that have licensed it to us. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from mm2h.
Third-Party Links
The mm2h platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment gateways. mm2h is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of those third parties. Users are encouraged to review their respective terms and privacy policies separately.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mm2h reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, system abuse or a request by the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure for legitimate reasons (not a breach), any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process in accordance with mm2h's current policy.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mm2h reserves the right to modify, improve or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
